4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days from delivery. Exceptions apply to products that are custom-made, pool chemicals with opened seals, and technical equipment that has been installed or used.

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

BUYERS may submit their complaints to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts in the place of their residence or where the transaction was conducted.
